THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD ANTIQUE WOOD PICTURE FRAME  THAT IS WHITE AND GOLD WITH 3 LAYERS OF BARBOLA GESSO DETAILING..

  It has the old white with some gold on one of the layers paint, with paint loss, some old tight hairline surface cracks,  and wear.  It can be hung horizontally or vertically.

Measurements are about 16" by 14" for the outside.  The frame opening is about 10" by 8".
