THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD ANTIQUE WOOD PICTURE FRAME WITH BARBOLA GESSO DETAILING ALL AROUND.

It has the old white and gold paint, with paint loss, discoloration, some old surface hairline cracks, some missing gesso, but very solid and wear.  It can be displayed horizontally or vertically.  There is no glass.

Measurements are about 20" by 18" for the outside.  The inside is about 8" by 10".  It weighs about 4 1/2 pounds.
