THIS IS AN  OLD VINTAGE METAL SALVAGED BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER, PLATEAU OR PEDESTAL THAT IS FOOTED AND ORNATE DETAILS.

It has the old paint with paint loss, discoloration, minor dirt,  and wear. Everything is special when on a riser like this.  

 The base is about 7" at the bottom by 2" tall.  The top display area is about 2 1/2".
