THIS IS A VINTAGE FOOTED CASKET, TRINKET OR JEWELRY BOX  THAT IS A HEART SHAPE WITH THE LID BEING PORCELAIN WITH TWO BIRDS. 

  There is a hinged lid that lifts up.   The inside has fabric.  The bottom is stamped Japan.  There is  tarnish, stains, , discoloration and wear.  
 

Measurements are about 3 1/2" by 3 1/4" by 2" tall.
