THIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING AND RARE FIND.  IT IS A VINTAGE CERAMIC SANTA CLAUS BOBBLEHEAD OR NODDER WITH SPAGHETTI TRIM AND CHARMING WEAR AND PATINA.

His head gently nods when tapped.  He has one hand waving, and the other holding his large white sack or cup.  He is hand painted with paint loss and wear.  He has crazing and minor stains.  There are a couple tight hairline cracks as I show.   There are probably a few minor pieces of spaghetti trim, but not noticeable.  He is most likely from Japan and from the 50's or 60's.  His head is hollow with a spring mounted head that creates the bobbing that is so charming. 

Measurements are about 6" tall by 5" deep and 4" wide.
