THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE CARDBOARD DISPLAY WITH A BLUE VICTORIAN HIGH TOP BOOT CUT ON CARDBOARD WITH PETITE BOOT BUTTONS.

I'm not sure what this was part of.  It could have been part of a display.  It has a metal button hook tool, and a blue tassel in addition tto the buttons on the boot and on three borders of different boot buttons.  There is lace stapled to the top.  There are minor creases, minor dirt and wear.

Measurements are about 8" by 12".
