 THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE DRAPERY SCALLOPED VALANCE PANEL  THAT IS THICK BARKCLOTH THAT IS A KNUBBY BEIGE BACKGROUND WITH PINK ROSES AND FLOWERS.

This is 8 feet long with scallops on the bottom and cut at the top making it about 20" tall.  It is lined at the back.  There is a tiny tear, or maybe it just came unstitched in a little area on one of the scallops, as I show. There is minor wear, fraying at the top where it was cut and wear. There are no holes or tears.

Measurements are about 96" or 8 feet wide and 19 1/2" tall.
