THIS IS SUCH A RARE FIND!  IT IS A SMALL OLD ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CRINOLINE HOOP CAGE SKIRT THAT IS WIRE WITH A STRIPED COTTON TAPE OR BINDING.

These are so hard to find.  This is a nice smaller size that is of good quality.  There are 14 rows that is held together with the rare striped fabric binding tape.  There are two pieces of solid fabric coming down from the waist binding, that are missing some of that fabric, as I show.  There is wear, minor dirt, and minor stains.

Measurements are about 19" long when opened by 19" wide at the widest point.
