THIS IS A PAIR OF MENS VINTAGE LEATHER COWBOY BOOTS IN BROWN LEATHER BY REBELDE, WITH A SCALY TEXTURED VAMP AND DECORATIVE STITCHING ALONG THE TALL SHAFTS SIZE 28 MADE IN MEXICO.

There is wear to the leather, and the heels as I show.  There are also some stains and minor dirt.
