THIS IS AN OLDER WHITE PORCELAIN OR IRONSTONE MORTAR AND PESTLE. It is an older piece of good quality that is thick. I believe this is a Pharmaceutical or apothecary piece. Both pieces are stamped COORS USA 3. The inside and bottom of the bowl is gray. There are scratches, stains, marks, minor dirt and wear as I show. Measurements are about 4 1/2" by 2 1/2" tall and 6 3/4" long for the pestle. Together they weigh about 2 pounds.
