THIS IS AN OLD ANTIQUE STONEWARE ADVERTISING POT OR JAR FROM THE WIGTOWNSHIRE CREAMERY CO, IN STRANRAER, SCOTLAND FOR PURE FRESH CREAM.

On the front it has a black transferware print of a milkmaid and the text Pure Fresh Cream.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A LITTLE CHIP AT THE BACK ON THE BOTTOM, AS I SHOW.  There are stains, an couple old very tight hairline cracks at the top, and wear.

Measurements are about 4 1/2" tall by 3" wide.
