THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE CAST IRON METAL FRONT ONLY FROM A FIREPLACE ANDIRON OR FIRE DOG WITH A DOG RESTING ON A DECORATIVE PEDESTAL

This originally was an andiron, but no longer has the stand.  It is not free standing, so would need to lean against something or hang on the wall with a nail thru the opening, as I show..  There is paint loss, rust, minor dirt and wear.

Measurements are 11 1/2" tall by 7 1/4" wide at the bottom.  It weighs about 2 1/2 pounds.
