Old Antique Silverplate HOTEL TEAPOT Engraved "The Felix" BEAUTIFUL 1920's 30's

THIS IS GORGEOUS! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE SILVERPLATE HOTEL TEAPOT THAT SAYS "THE FELIX" ON THE FRONT.

 

This is from the 1920'2 or 1930's.  The bottom says in part, Replated by Meridian something, that I can't make out.  There is tarnish, discoloration and wear.

 

Measurements are 5 1/2" tall by 8" by 4"
