THIS IS A GORGEOUS VINTAGE RUFFLED NET WITH SATIN TRIM PETTICOAT, SLIP OR CRINOLINE THAT IS TWO LAYERS IN PINK AND A MEDIUM SIZE.

The label says San Francisco, USA, Medium, Exclusive of Trim, All Nylon. The elastic doesn't stretch. There are a couple minor stains and wear.
