THIS IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND IS AN OLD VINTAGE iTALIAN ROPE BOWL OR VASE WITH PETITE CERAMIC PORCELAIN ROSES ALL ALONG THE TOP.

The bottom is Old Foley, James Kent, Staffordshire, Made in England.  It has breathtaking pink roses and green leaves against the crazed white background with gold along the scallops.

Measurements are about 8" by 6" by 1 1/2"
