THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE DISPLAY HAT STAND THAT IS COVERED WITH THE ORIGINAL CREAM WITH PINK ROSES FABRIC, AND FABRIC ROSE AND LEAVES AT THE FRONT.

There is a little tear to the fabric as I show, minor stains, minor dirt and wear. 

Measurements are about 9" tall by 4 1/2" wide at the base.
