THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE READ OR FROSTING KNIVE WITH A WOOD HANDLE THAT HAS THE OLD BLUE PAINT.

 There is paint loss to the blue handle. There is tarnish, scratches, a little rust, discoloration and wear.  The blade is stamped American Cuttery Company.

Measurements are about 13 1/2" long.
