THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE CAST IRON METAL FOOTED PLATEAU, BASE, HOLDER, OR RISER WITH VERY ORNATE DETAILS.

It has a nice rectangle shape and is a little heavy for it's size.  It has the old silver paint, with tarnish, discoloration and wear.

It is about 9" by 5" at the feet by 2" tall.  It weighs about 1 pound.
