THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE LARGE GERMAN DIE CUT CARDBOARD PAPER TOPPER WITH EMBOSSED BIRDS AND FLOWERS.

The colors are gorgeous, and it has the original glitter on the white lattice cage. It is stamped Made in Western Germany. It was never used, as the pull out piece at the bottom was never put in the slots.  Minor wear.

Measurements are about 10 3/4 by 9 1/4" tall.
