THIS IS AN  OLD VINTAGE METAL SALVAGED BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER, PLATEAU OR PEDESTAL THAT IS OVAL AND FOOTED WITH ORNATE DETAILS.

 It has the old gold paint with paint loss,  discoloration,  color variation, minor dirt, and wear. Everything is special when on a riser like this.  

 The base is about 6" by 4" by 1 1/4" tall
