THIS IS AN OLD ANTIQUE VINTAGE CAST IRON METAL FOOTED ORNATE BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED AS A CANDLE HOLDER OR DECOR PIECE. 

 The details are fabulous. This was a footed floor lamp base at one time.  The little holder was added to the center with a bolt to create the candle holder, if you want to use it as one. It is rusty now, with minor dirt, discoloration and wear.

Measurements are about 9 1/2" by 9 1/2" and 5" tall at the center.  It weighs about 4 1/2 pounds.
