THESE ARE TWO PIECES.  THEY ARE TWO OLD ANTIQUE RUSTY METAL FLOWER STEMS WITH WHITE CERAMIC PORCELAIN FLOWERS ON THE ENDS, ONE WITH TWO FLOWERS AND THE OTHER WITH ONE FLOWER.

The long stems are mostly rusty.  The white flowers are thick with minor chips, minor dirt and wear.

Measurements are about 18" long.  The flowers are about 2 1/2" to 3" each.
