THIS IS CEMENT OR PLASTER WITH SUCH A GREAT LOOK.  IT IS ORNATE ALL AROUND WITH CHERUBS AND OTHER DETAILS.

One of the cherubs or details is completely worn off on the back, as I show. 

 There is paint loss, chippy paint, minor stains, minor dirt and wear.

Measurements are about 8" by 6".  It holds a 5" pot.
