THIS IS WONDERFUL AND IS A MIRRORED PICTURE/PHOTO FRAME WITH A CUT SCALLOPED BORDER. This is very unique with the two light blue or aqua blue partial circles in the design. It has the scalloped cut edges all around and a nice pattern with the circles and stripes. It has four screws in the corners to hold the mirror to the backing. There is a little silver loss, paint loss, and wear. The self easel at the back is missing, but it has the hanger, so you can hang this or set it on an easel.
