THIS IS JUST EXQUISITE AND IS AN OLD VINTAGE METAL JEWELRY CASKET OR DRESSER TRINKET BOX WITH FLOWERS IN THE DESIGN. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. This is an older jewelry casket or jewelry box in a rare hard to find long size. It has 4 elegant feet and a lid that lifts up. The design is incredible with flowers on the lid on the front. There are other ornate details. It has gold paint that is now tarnished, a little chippy paint with paint loss and discoloration for a nice patina. The bottom is silver, so I think it might have been repainted at one time. Inside on the top and bottom is a pink colored satin fabric, with lots of tears and missing fabric, where you see the cotton filling, stains and minor dirt. Measurements are about 8" long by 3" wide and 4 1/4" tall. It weighs about 2 1/2 pounds.
